Providing additional information about your annual results

If you are receiving a benefit and you are self-employed or formerly self-employed, you might have received a letter from us requesting that you submit additional information about your annual results (‘jaarcijfers’). We need this information so that we can make sure you have been paid the right amount of WIA, Wajong, WAO, WAZO or sickness benefit (‘Ziektewet-uitkering’).

Why you might need to provide additional information

We need to know how much you earn from your business. Each year, we receive your annual results from the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (‘de Belastingdienst’). Sometimes we need additional information from you to know whether we have paid you too much or too little benefit.

How to submit additional information

If you receive a letter from us, you must check whether you need to provide additional information about your annual results ('Doorgeven aanvullende informatie bij uw jaarcijfers'). To access the form, log in to Mijn UWV. You will need either a DigiD account or a valid European electronic ID (‘Europees erkend inlogmiddel’) to do this.

Please note: If none of the situations listed on the form apply to you, you do not need to fill it out.

What do you need to complete the form?

When you fill out the form, you will be asked for your citizen service number (BSN).

Once you have submitted the form

We will confirm that we have received your additional information within 4 weeks.
