Maternity and parental leave

If your employee is about to become a parent, they might be entitled to paid maternity and/or parental leave. Depending on their situation, you or your employee will be able to apply for maternity pay, adoption or foster care pay, paid parental leave and/or additional partner's leave. These benefits all fall under the maternity and parental leave regulations (‘WAZO’).
