Maternity and parental leave

If you are about to become a parent, you might be entitled to paid maternity and/or parental leave. Depending on your situation, you or your employer will be able to apply for maternity pay, adoption or foster care pay, paid parental leave and/or additional partner's leave. These benefits all fall under the maternity and parental leave regulations (‘WAZO’).
