While receiving an UWV top-up benefit
Receiving an UWV top-up benefit comes with certain obligations. From the moment you have applied for a top-up benefit, the following rules apply:
- Keep all UWV top-up benefit documents for at least 2 years.
- Report changes to us within 1 week of you being aware of them.
The following types of changes must be reported:
- changes to your personal situation (for example if your telephone number changes)
- changes in your living situation (for example, if you start living together)
- changes to your, or your partner's, income
