Digipoort can be used to help with your HR administration (‘personeelsadministratie'). Connecting to Digipoort means that you can submit several letters in one go. You also have less data to fill in, which speeds up the process.

At the moment you can use Digipoort to arrange the following for your employee:

  • report sickness and recovery
  • apply for benefits if your employee is expecting a child or has children
  • receive financial information
  • receive letters

If you are a self-insured employer (‘eigenrisicodrager’) you can use Digipoort to:

  • report sickness and recovery
  • review a decision of a sickness benefit (‘Ziektewet-uitkering’) application
  • review the amount and duration of a sickness benefit
  • request a repayment of an overpaid benefit
  • receive letters

Please note: More features will be added to Digipoort in the future.

The software package that you use for your HR administration must be compatible with Digipoort. If this is not the case, please contact your supplier for further information. If you decide to purchase new software, then please check the List of approved Digipoort software suppliers (in Dutch)
