Redundancy or dismissal
It is important that you follow the correct procedures when ending an employee’s contract. These procedures will vary depending on your employee’s specific circumstances. In some cases, you will need to seek permission from us or a district judge (‘kantonrechter’) before ending a contract. In other situations, no permission will be required.
